The 9290-10 is a clamp-on adapter rated for 1000A AC (1500A AC for 5 minutes) and features a 10:1 CT ratio to expand the measurement range of normal clamp ammeters. In addition to the large clamp diameter, good frequency bandwidth and accurate phase response, the CT reliably provides Hioki clamp on power meters with expanded range and large current measurements.
