Refund policy
Private customers can return purchased products within 14 days for a full refund, providing:

· The item is complete with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, etc. and all are in new condition.

· The item is in the original packaging. The packaging is in new condition.

· Software, batteries, and consumables are not refunded.

· Notice of withdrawal must be sent by email to salg@gomeasure.dk, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, including your invoice number.

· Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases.

When you return an item, you are responsible to return the item in good condition. Make sure the item is carefully packaged with an outer box and lots of material to absorb the shocks of transportation. Insurance is highly recommended. We cannot assume any liability for returned products arriving damaged due to inappropriate packing.

When we receive the product, we will check it for damage. If the product is in new condition, the full unit price will be reimbursed within 7 days.

Product Liability
GOmeasure is not liable for damage caused by the product: a) to real property or movable property occurring while the product is in the customer's possession, b) to products manufactured by the customer, or to products in which these are included, or for damage to real property or movable property caused by these products as a result of the material. In no event shall GOmeasure be liable for operating loss, lost profits, or any other economic consequential loss. If a third party makes a claim against one of the parties for liability under this point, that party shall immediately notify the other thereof. Duty to Inspect and Notify of Defects
It is the customer's responsibility, upon receipt, to conduct a thorough inspection to determine if the product is in conformity with the contract. The customer is obliged to promptly notify in writing of any defects discovered during such inspection, and the customer cannot later claim defects that could have been discovered during such inspection. The customer also cannot claim defects if the customer fails to promptly notify of subsequently discovered defects that the customer did not discover or should have discovered upon delivery. The customer is obliged to cover GOmeasure's costs for complaints to the extent that the complaint is unfounded, or there are defects for which GOmeasure is not liable.
